What are these things on my legs?

There like tiny and red like bigger than a full stop size.
and theres some bigger than others its almost as if ive been dotted with a red pen but very thin nib. there not big like i said, im just concerned. i'm 16. could this be related to growing up/pubert/hormonesssss?

i had the exactly same thing, for me, they were an allergy to the washing powder i used on my clothes.

its usually a skin rash, see a doctor, it wont be embarassing at all and it will be sorted straight away but they can spread if you do nothing for a long time
